Amazing Eggs Bennie on spur dough toast and coffee. Very reasonably priced with most if not all options below 10 quid. We were delighted to find such a fabulous place so close to all the best sights in York.
Really nice neighborhood spot. Some standard brunch items, some with a twist (I had courgettes and chickpeas with added bacon). Very popular as a result. Cool area too.
Fantastic, genuine service and food, great value and really friendly staff. Thr next people through the door were passed that information straight away. I shall be back next time I'm in York. tip: it's good, so it can be busy, even just 20 minutes after it opens. Food is served quickly.

The pig and pastry lives up to its reviews. The food is great and the service is very good. I enjoyed the Yorkshire tea and then vegetarian breakfast. Everything was so delicious! And the location is in a great part of York. Not too overrun with people.
