The Yorkshire Terrier - York - Photo album

As one of the York brewer pubs, you expect good beer and they know how to keep, serve and discuss the beers available. Try Centurion Ghost if on, it's (in my opinion) their best beer. This little pub, tucked off the busy thoroughfare is a haven and retreat in early afternoon. collect the brewery pub
There's something about this pub I really like. It's very small inside but the beers are good (better than the 3 Legged Mare). There's a small 'sun room's which gives a little bit more space. Toilets though are up a steep flight of stairs. We had the York Hansom Blond which was an excellent beer.
Small real ale pub. Plenty of beers to choose from. Only downside for me is the seating isn't the comfiest but I know it is part of this pubs charm so that is personal. It does get busy at night but has a nice atmosphere. In the day it is great to stop for a drink mid shopping trip!
We popped into this pub whilst walking around York during a long weekend. We ended up popping back each day we were there. The 'Yorkshire Terrier' ale on tap was very nice. The music was great and on the Saturday evening they had a musician for the night. Recommend this place for a nice ale and to
We popped in here for a drink as we have a Yorkshire Terrier pub where we live (our local). This is a lovely pub! really old building...lots of little nooks to sit and wonder around. They serve food which looked lovely but we only had a drink. Lovely historic building, great service although very bu
Another brilliant york brewery pub. There is an excellent range of drinks and bar snacks. The york brewery shop is also part of the pub. It is a while since we have been here but will be going back very soon
At first sight you might not think this was a pub. It looks like a storefront on Stonegate in York, and could be missed. Closer inspection reveals a small pub with a nice range of Terrier beers. I like it because it is relatively quiet. They no longer appear to serve food (hence the 4 stars), but i
A small traditional pub with its own home brewed ales on tap. The ales are nice, with a wide variety and a good pub atmosphere. Board games are also available to play if you wish.
Every time we go to York we make for the Yorkshire terrier , the staff and manager are always welcoming and friendly , the manager is a proper head case (in a good way 😂).we were in there on Saturday 23/6/18 can't remember the singer's name but he was really good and funny as
Has been decorated since my last visit, so looking fresher. The beer hasn't changed tho, still excellent and well worth a visit!
