Amazing staff! Took my nephew for lunch and he didn't like his food so the staff changed his meal free of charge! This certain staff member always checked up on him and made sure he was okay and looked after us all really well! Tipped him at the end of our meal and couldn't have thought of any bette
The welcoming we received as soon as we set foot in the place was truly lovely (having just had an unpleasant experience at the daughter cafe) Really made out morning.
2 very hungry children who were spolit with attention and great hospitality by the 2 young waitress.

I went into York yesterday with my kids and quickly found that it was heaving! After a visit to Disney and a wander to see the Xmas lights we decided to look for somewhere to eat. I’ve never tried Carluccuio’s but it was the only place that had seats left at lunch on a busy Saturday so we went there
Decided to visit Carluccio's on our annual two night break in York, as it was a new addition to the city.
I ordered the roasted butternut squash with roasted vegetables, my husband had the vegetarian pizza.
Although both enjoyable, they weren't anything special considering this restaurant is owned
Good food, a bit pricey though. I've ordered the items selected as a meal deal but in the end the waitress input them as separate on the receipt. Didn't make a complaint but just bear in mind in case you are interested in a meal deal.
Visited with my parents last month while in town. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was top notch as well. Will be coming back if in town!
My six year old grandson always insists on lunch here whenever we spend time together in York. He calls the pasta "amazing"..... and loves the chocolate ice cream.....
