I go for lunch once a month. There is always a lovely special but this time I had one of my favourites, scrambled egg ( made with cream) on toast ( thick granary). Scrummy!
It is a bit pricey but then everything is these days.
Highly recommend! Had a recent refurb & very classy it all looks too. Food is delicious, staff are lovely & it is now a firm fave 😄
This is the second time we've visited. Nice surrounds in a roomy and well lit corner of Rodgers showrooms. Lovely cakes and friendly service. Earl Grey tea not the greatest blend but other than that very nice.
We had a pot of Yorkshire tea for three and a cinnamon teacake each. We all enjoyed our visit to Rodgers Tea Room a very nice cup of tea and delicious teacakes. Very good and efficient service all in all would recommend.
Lovely place and staff are wonderful they made my husbands 75th birthday yesterday (25th February) very special by putting a candle in his piece of cake and singing happy birthday to him . Thank you it made his day.
Lovely, helpful staff, coupled with good quality, well priced food. A much better option than John Lewis, M&S etc next door
First class service to your table and genuinely made on site , home made food.
Best Prawn sandwiches in York ! And lovely ladies serving you .
