Very well presented . A lot larger in side than it looks . Garlic bread excellent, mushrooms good. Only had room left for a pizza to share which was nice and thin exactly how we like it . Along with a bottle of wine . A very nice meal. Staff very friendly and helpful.

After wandering around York looking for a place to eat, this little gem appeared out of nowhere. A cracking menu with good wine - and one of the few places to serve gnocchi instead of pasta. Would recommend to both small and large groups.
Restaurant is rather good and suddenly has no people there at Saturday 5 pm, although the nearest streets are crowded. Linguini with smoked salmon is tasty, and a chocolate ice-cream is from real dark chocolate.
