Brilliant service from Vicky - thank you! Having broke my toe I was unable to pick up a gift in person. I telephoned the York store and spoke to Vicky, she was very helpful, took and prepared my order which my other half collected within a couple of hours. Fuss free, friendly service, look forward to visiting soon when I am back on my feet!

Fantastic ice cream priced even cheaper than other local shops with the free VIP card. Chocolate is also top notch and the service is fantastic! Our weekly go-to shop after school.
The chocolate is to die for, the salted caramel vodka is a must. YES it is a touch more expensive but you pay for quality but it isn't over priced.
The staff in 3 of the sites we've visited so far have always be very helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic....credit to there boss

Beautiful high street, the store is very central with friendly and helpful staff.

The Halloween chocolates looked great.
Staff were very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the different chocolates and how to put some together to make a lovely gift and you can purchase one of their gift boxes to put them in.
Not cheap but are very special and scrummy yummy!!!

Lovely and friendly staff and there were lots of items available including the big selections and hot chocolate and there is ice cream available from £3.99. Everyone was wearing masks. I really enjoyed it and would extremely want to go back here
Had the pleasure to visit York for a couple of days and visited Hotel Chocolat , was greeted by a lovely friendly lady, who made the visit very nice, she was very helpful and had a great sense of humour which made the visit all the more pleasant, purchased quite a few items for presents for family and ourselves, always a great selection and very nice aswell but thought the lady deserved a special mention
