I visited this fish shop in New Earswick because our usual shop in Huntington was closed due to holidays. It is a well established business offering the usual fish shop fare. There is a small eating area inside suitable for about 12 & a table outside for 2. At the time there were 5 men sat awaiting their orders, which is the usual routine nowadays of shops only cooking when a choice has been made & paid for. Due to earlier orders mine for cod & chips to go, took about 15 mins before being well wrapped in white paper. They were a good size & delicious.

wouldnt go to any others chip shop as banner fish &chips cafe is the best and the prices of the food is worth paying and there always busy so that's a good sign that the food is divine
