I had been here with my family today afternoon , the staff was very friendly and helped me with my 0rder, I don't know her name but she was wearing a grey t-shirt and black trousers.i had a coupon code from KFC customer service feed back which entitles me a free snack ,for some reason it didn't work but she was kind enough to give me a snack along with my main order and my kids enjoyed it. She is an asset to KFC. It was raining outside so we ate the food inside. Overall it was a good experience made possible by the wonderful staff.
No complaints here, always fast service, appears clean, just didn't see wrap of the day?? Or I'm blind 🙃.

Delicious KFC as always in a central easy access location. It’s not a dine in place so you have to order to take away. But it was tasty regardless of that. Also I did order 1x large gravy and 1x large beans and got 2 x large gravy so that was a bit annoying. But staff are friendly and was very quick!
Amazing service and great food. The chicken was crispy, succulent and tender, really good quality.
There was a small mistake in our order but when we went back, one of the team members, Viky, was super helpful and sorted everything out immediately. Excellent customer service.
Best KFC I’ve had in ages.
Every now and then I get a takeaway of the original chicken on the bone, I only ever get chicken on the bone because it doesn't dry out like chicken that's not on the bone and every time it's been great, service is great too, don't have to wait that long. There is parking outside, not much so its luck really unless your on a moped like me.
Fast service, order was correct, food very good and nice and hit. We were staying across the road at the Premier Inn, so this place was ideal for us. I would recommend it.

Is KFC so you kinda know what you are getting. The fact you can only order take away and not dine in , really sucks's but in the end once you're hungry, you don't care where you eat as long as you do!😊 the staff was very nice and polite. Happy to hear some hard working Romanian staff members who were very friendly!
have 3 free hot wings and cleaned up my friends cut for him thank you so much and the food was great

Very good food, never really had a problem with KFC. Only thing I'd say is something tables can be a little dirty but this is due to the previous people that were at the table, not that KFC are not a clean company as if you alert a member of staff they've been glad to help clean the table.
