Lovely staff, looked after us even though we came in last minute. Staff waited for us to finish our food before locking up which was very nice. Food was delicious and came out quickly.
The food was amazing the chips have changed and wow they beat all other fast food chains service was slow but they were super busy and it was worth the wait one thing missing from burger but staff sorted it no problem
The food was really nice, everything was fresh and piping hot, the lads behind the counter were all really polite and helpful 👍🏻
This KFC is in a great location right next to York outer ring road. There's plenty of parking as it's in Tesco car park. The drive thru is often very slow but that's the same at most KFC's!

Take away & dine in available. Also have touch screen self service menu to place your own order. Has a drive thru too. Very clean and stylish place and efficient service.
Ordered the table service via the self-service screens, staff member who brought our order over was lovely, polite and attentive, can't remember his name but made the overall experience good

Food and everything is good but the staff mentioned that they are about to go home even half and houreft to close. So, I couldn't make my full order.

It's a KFC! Not a lot to report really otherwise as it's a standard build restaurant with the usual touch screen or app ordering, or drive through. Visited on a weekday lunchtime so it was busy and had to wait a while for food, but there were about 10 orders ahead of me when I ordered. Food good as
