Sloppy's Bar & Kitchen

Ordered at 8PM, was told it would arrive at 8:55, and at that point it was pushed back to 9:15. This time came and went and the order still hadn’t arrived. I rang sloppys at 9:20PM and was told my delivery would be leaving the kitchen next, they also told us they would throw in free drinks to apologise for the wait. The order finally arrived at 10:05PM! The drinks did not arrive and the food was cold. The mac and cheese had to be microwaved, and the burger and chips had to be eaten cold. The food itself had it been warm would’ve probably been fine enough, however a 2 hour wait for cold food, for the price it was at just tasted mediocre. Won’t be ordering again.

Delicious meaty burgers and tasty fries. Should pop on the delivery websites that fries come with the burgers, cos we ordered extra not realising... But because of this, we tried some of the loaded fries. Absolutely lush so we were happy! Delivery took a little time but the food was piping hot and worth the wait. Definitely order from here again.

So it's a little pricy for a burger but the burgers are delicious. My first experience is mixed. The burger was cooked perfect and really tasty. The down side was the food was almost completely cold. The standard chips were cold and greasy. The loaded fries were a little better as the topping was nice but cold. It took and hour from order to delivery. So great burgers but everything else was pretty pants. Cold greasy chips, long wait and expensive.

Our burgers arrived completely raw. I am also eight months pregnant and was glad that my husband discovered this before I had taken a bite of raw hamburger. When we called the restaurant they informed us they would process a refund straight away after asking which delivery service we used. After I said Just Eat I was told "yes, yes I'll take care of it". A week later no refund has arrived so I called again; this time being told that I needed to ask Just Eat for the refund myself. Lo and behold after speaking to Just Eat they are unable to process a refund as we are past the deadline of them being able to issue one. Disgusting food and disgusting service.

Sadly a very disappointing experience. Ordered on deliveroo and had to chase the order after it failed to materialise. When it did arrive almost 30 minutes after it was expected the food was completely under whelming. Both the burger and the fries had an over powering taste of black pepper and the cheese sauce was watery and tasteless. On this occasion I should of ordered s McDonalds with the children.
