Papa Johns Pizza

pizza is really good, not greasy at all and a real doughy crust.I recommend ordering online and doing the specials to keep it affordable, or it can be more pricey. the deals can get you a large one topping pizza sometimes for 7.77 if you get 2. at regular price sometimes a large pizza alone is around $20. You can regulate extra cheese or extra sauce. No charge for extra sauce.

This is my 3 rd time with anad experience. If you do have a problem with a delivery forget calling them. They do not pick up the phone. And calling customer service is a joke as they tranfer you and it immediately hangs up. We ordered online for delivery. A special they offered one large cheese and one large pepperoni for 24$ we ordered 4 total pizzas for a childs birthday party. We then waited 1 hour for those pizzas. We only received 2 pizzas both cheese. Missing 2 pepperoni. We called for over 1 hour. Finally the home office sent a message to the East York store which then called us back and argued we didn't order pepperoni. To which we took a picture of the boxes and stickers qhich clearly statwd 4 large pizzas 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. Never got a call back from the district manager. No follow up but we did get our 2 pepperoni 2 hours after the initial delivery. The service here needs help. I understand the labor shortage and and I have no issue working with that. However not being able to read, take my $48 + 5 for delivery and 10 for a tip and not get my order...well now that I have an issue with!

Frustrated with this store. They won't pick up the phone. Don't know how to cancel or modify my online order. It's been 40 minutes and the tracker app deliver time hasn't changed. (It has been stuck at 36-46 min) Is it even coming? Who knows? Save the headache and order somewhere else that cares about their customers enough to pick up the phone. Lots of good pizza place in York.

Reluctantly ordered from here because my favorite pizza place was closed. I have to say Papa John's has stepped up their pizza game over the years in my opinion. Actually the pizza was pretty good. I think the trick to Papa John's is eat it while it's hot! Four Stars because the ordering process was super annoying. I called ahead and got sent to some call center some place, I was forced to listen to many ads while I waited my turn to get the call answered. This is my first time going to Papa John's in a long time, I would go back.

This place has gone downhill over last year. Tried to order today - website down. Called and talked to someone I could barely understand, took 4 minutes to order ONE ITEM, and then we got disconnected. Tried to call store to see if order went through (twice) - it just rings. I'm done with Papa Johns. Try Marcellos on Cinema Drive instead. Great service, great food.

This place was my first place but now 2nd place to eat due to my gastric bypass. But there pizza is great in my book and loved the pepper in the box as I use to look to eat that more then the pizza sometimes as I love hot stuff. Well also we got the stuff crust other day and I think it's good but for me it's not as to much cheese in my gut then . But now my 1st is Jim and Nina's family owned . Cause the thin crust just right for me . But will still come here for my other pizzas here and there . Did wish they be a little bigger lol oh well :)
