Mcdonald's

Needs to be cleaned. The floors , tables, and chairs are sticky. . Food is disgusting and undercooked and I felt sick after. Also they got my order wrong!! I asked for nuggets not fries. And I didn't get sauces I asked for either. Don't forget to mention the rude customer service. They didn't replace it or give me my money back when I've hardly touched the food! Ridiculous. The manager was horrible. Never going again. Neither will my friends and family.

This store is a joke! The place was completely disgusting and the employees just stand around ignoring customers and orders so they can just talk to eachother. After 15 minutes of waiting for nuggets and fries I asked for a refund. The employee tried to play stupid about what a refund is then tried to tell me that they make all orders fresh to order. Haha ya right... In the 15 minutes standing their watching they didn't even make any fresh fries so how is everything made fresh to order? I wasn't the only one to complain or cancel an order in that 15 minutes either. I will never go back to this store and know others that feel the same now.

Worst place to eat in York, NE by far. Sent in a complaint, gm didnt care. The manager was oblivious and her daughter was a total C*nt! Talk about letting a family manage! No manners or politeness of any kind, food takes 30 minute wait to prepare. Lmao! They hire the handicapped and teens to keep pay as low as possible but with that comes horrible service, same as pizza hut of York. Two places of which i will never eat at again. Good look with the narcissistic attitudes and the horrible service, go to wendys and much improved burger king or arbys for food guys. At least they care! Sorry i could not give a true rating as this actually deserves a zero!

I arrived at the drive thru at 1145pm and ordered a double QPC and got a cold uncooked burger. Fries weren't any better as those were cold and partially cooked. There was also a Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich which was cooked but was cold. Thankfully there was a microwave at the hotel to heat that up. It was the best way to WASTE $18.00. I will be addressing the management in 6hrs and taking the uncooked sandwich to show them. I will also contact McDonald's corporate too.

The food was good but the little fella that brought her food out his little farm hands weren't big enough to carry our drinks as well so he had to go all the way back in and it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and by then I was really really really thirsty so I suggest maybe hiring some fellows with bigger hands I can take everything on one load
