The food came out so quickly, very impressed. The service was excellent, not in your face, but attentive, friendly without being too much. Great. The food was very hot, I don't think I've ever had Chinese food that's actually arrived steaming hot before!

Good service and tasty Chinese food. Came here on weekday so the place was not very busy. One hour free parking is available just outside of the restaurant

Food absolutely fine, served in seconds, same as any Chinese take-out but with better options.
Picture is house chow mein, sweet chilli shredded beef and prawn toast (yes half eaten, good sizes).
The prices need updating on the website menu though. Website came to £21 actually charged £31.

Returning visitor this time came for meal before show at the barbican, can not fault the staff or the food everything excellent, they were busy suggest booking a table had a little wait but the food was worth it
Now this is unusual for me from the outside I was not impressed, once inside the friendly welcome started to melt my opinion for the better, the food that was served changed it completely it was great, well worth a visit.
The best Chinese Restaurant in York! Loved that there was a choice of Traditional Chinese and Western Chinese menu… - you could mix and match to your taste. The service was amazing and the staff polite, caring and efficient… would recommend 100%

Mainland Chinese owned and operated restaurant which serves very good food. My advice is to skip the westernised Chinese menu and go for the Chinese menu and ask the staff for some choices. The taste is not far off a local Sichuan restaurant for many of the dishes like spicy tofu and pan fried spicy

Thanks for a taste of home made chinese lemon tea which most of the chinese diners were having. Always a good sign when they are eating there.

Really lovely staff and fantastic food .will definitely be returning .There was a birthday party in at the same time .The staff went with musical instrument and a fountain candle to sing happy birthday .good prices too !
