On holiday to York, we came across this very interesting looking bar/tea room and were looking for breakfast. First things first, as I'm disabled and on a mobility scooter, the access into the tea room is excellent (I couldn't get into Betty's, even if I tried), and the staff were more than helpful

This place has been empty for years, so lovely to see it open and running again, definitely one of York’s nicer places, don’t bother with Betty’s tea rooms, this place is so so much better.
Staff really friendly and helpful always cleaning
We went to Impossible York for breakfast and the experience was great. They have a small seating area near the bar with trendy decor. We each had a latte and the impossible breakfast stack. The food was amazing but not too heavy. Overall we were really happy with the service.
