Staff where fantastic. Helping an elderly gentlemen when we where being served. Young lads are a credit to the company with such a positive work attitude

When I’m traveling in England, I live off of costa sandwiches and flatbreads haha! This location was particularly spacious compared to more cafes nowadays. Staff was super helpful, too! I was there during the lunch rush and they dealt with the volume with ease. 10/10 great quick lunch

The coffee is lovely but can someone at Costa clean the seats as they are scruffy.

I didn't eat because the food is quite expensive for what it is.
The coffee is good and the staff are, generally, quite helpful, though sometimes having a second till would be better so you don't have to wait so long.
It's great for getting online for work purposes so I can respond to or send emails.
Overall it is a good experience but can be pricey and sometimes slow.

Hard to go wrong with a Costa. Coffee was great as was the cheesecake. Staff friendly and efficient. Quite packed and therefore noisy hence the lower score for atmosphere

Ok, for a Costa. It was pouring down with rain, so there were large queues, but they were handled well by the staff and plenty on at lunchtime to accommodate the busy period. The cheese toasties were cooked fairly quickly. Unfortunately the toilets could have been a bit cleaner but were adequate. All in all quite a good experience. Quite pricy but normal for a Costa.

It was very busy and had run out of coconut milk. Not sure why people charge extra for none dairy in this day and age. However we got seats and had a pleasant break from a busy day in York.
