Lovely welcoming staff, delicious cake and lots of choice of drinks (both hot and cold). Looking forward to my next visit already.
Opps nearly forgot to mention the lil kids area with toys - always a great addition as a mum!
Found this little Gem today with the help of a diversion !.... excellent cup of tea and out of this world cake ( and for the ppl who know me realise when i say good it has to be !! will post pic on my wall ;) ) Plus despite the busy day they had had the owners stayed open past their normal opening times to refresh these tired daytrippers ..Thank you :)

Wonderful butcher and farm shop. I was put off at first to see everything frozen but soon realized this was to reduce waste and allow for them to offer a wider rang of meats. The butchers were happy to cut some tasty local lamb for us to make kebabs with and sorted out the exact amount of pork steaks for us to take home. I spotted plenty of game in the freezers locally sourced ducks, pheasants and chicken. Even the dog food out the back looked top notch. We bought a delicious pie from them that was scrumptious instant meal.
A great find! This is our second visit as the first lot of meat we purchased from here was so good! We are keen on the old BBQ and they have an excellent range of frozen and fresh meat available! Brisket, ribs, belly of pork & even goat! They also stock lots of local produce, veg, cakes, wine etc! Along side the shop is a bakery and the coffee smelt amazing! We didn’t have time to stop but will be back! Definitely worth a visit to stock up on supplies!
A great choice of local fruit, meat and vegetables. Not cheap, but quality is worth paying for. Recommend their butchers… fantastic meat! Will definitely return.
A top class shopping experience. Includes a genuine butchery area with a first class range of meats. The bacon is superb! The beef and pork locally sourced and cooks with flavour that reminds you of traditional meats. The staff are friendly and ever so helpful. It's my one stop destination for traditional fayre.
It's good. Some stuff is very pricey and other stuff incredibly reasonable. You have to keep an eye out for good deals. Yes, you'll always pay more than a supermarket but do you want a corn fed chicken from Suffolk or do you water a chicken pumped full of water from a super farm half way across the country? By this point, a slightly smaller chicken for a couple quid more seems like a no brainer to me, eat less food that is higher quality!
Excellent selection of vegetables and fruit and frozen foods but the clincher for us is the first class butchery which has everything you could ever want orneed from a butchers, first class fresh meat and loads of freshly frozen meat at very reasonable cost. We regularly make the half hour journey from where we live because it is worth it!
Lovely farm shop and cafe in the heart of Suffolk. The farm shop is huge and has a wide selection of their own and local produce, it even has a butcher on site. The cafe is also lovely and sitting upstairs you get a lovely panoramic view of the Suffolk Countryside. Perfect venue for a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Very nice farm shop and butchers with fresh locally sourced Fresh Meat and Vegetables..
Easy to get to, lots of parking. Big barn packed full of produce. Nice big butchers even bigger frozen selection, all kinds of meat cuts, reasonable prices for a farm shop. I got frozen calf's liver and some smoked bacon. Also big chunk of beef fat - I'll tender it down into beef lard myself, suet, pies pastry, dripping on toast yum, we'd go back.
Great range of products. Butchery very good. Staff friendly.
