Greek Flavours

I’ve only been to the restaurant once and had one dish, but based on that it’s awesome. It’s set out like a sea side cafe with nice images on the wall, ‘street’ lights and globe lights. Being up on a platform enhances this. Having not long come back from Rhodes, the halloumi gyros I had was exactly as the one in Greece. My daughter liked her chicken one too. They also serve the sour cherry drink that we enjoy in Greece. All very yummy. I wish I wasn’t now vegetarian as I’d like to try the other traditional Greek dishes they serve that I used to enjoy. I’ll definitely be back. The reason for one star missing from five was that we seemed to be waiting for staff for a while and we had to chase up our side. Thank you for a nice evening.

Had an amazing family meal. First time for me but others in my family had been 4 or 5 times before and had been working their way around the menu. Loved the menus on the table with some key Greek phrases and the waitresses was very helpful and patient with us trying to speak some of the language and order the meal in Greek rather than the traditional British thing of point at what we want. Food was absolutely beautiful and everyone had something different and all couldn't of been happier, had starter, main, desert and coffee all for a very reasonable price. Also shots of ouzo and Limonchellio makes it all the better. Excellent evening and will be returning

A few of us were going to watch Madness play in Singleton Park and decided to come here for our pre-entertainment meal. We were not disappointed. My wife and I shared two starters, the Calamari and Bekri Meze. The calamari was tender and juicy and was cooked perfectly. We have never had Bekri Meze before, but this dish was so delicious. There was a hint of the spice, succulent chicken, which was amazing, and the Greek sausage, which was flavoursome. Then the main meal came out. It was huge, the picture does not do it justice. More than enough for two, there was a lamb chop, Greek sausage, fried halloumi, chicken kebab, pork kebab, lamb kofte, greek bifteki, pitta bread, a mountain of chips, side salad, tzatziki, garlic sauce, and chilli sauce with a kick. The food was all cooked with love and affection, and was perfect. I chose to eat it authentically and not use cutlery. It just added to the experience. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful and would enjoy a laugh with us. The establishment was a little rougher around the edges, but this did not distract me from my experience. You could tell thus was authentic Greek food and value for money as many of the local Greek community were visiting for their food. Overall I would highly recommend a visit and aim to return to try some of the other dishes.

Stunning date night last week. The staff were super lovely and fun, the food took us right back to Greece with the traditional flavours and menu, the price was really good considering location, food type and being a Saturday night. The process and servinv was quick and easy and we will be back to try new dishes again! Thanks everyone ☺️
