Forest Of India

FIRST and LAST TIME... We ordered vegetarian thali from Forest of India. Quantity was great but that's where the buck stopped. My son absolutely loves Indian food and Naans but he declined to eat the SWEET NAANS where the sugar was still overpowering despite dipping naans in curries. Mushroom and other curries had minimal taste in them and mushrooms were runny & bland. I understand that taste and spice levels are toned down a bit to cater wider demographics but this was absolutely unacceptable. We will avoid getting food from Forest of India.

I will never eat from this place again. 1) we order lots of food and we got just half of what we order, but we paid 50£ we called them again and they start to argue and was very rude. 2) i eating one piece of garlic bread and i found black hair inside. Straigh i vomited after this. I will never eat from this disgusting place where they can’t cook normal food.

Been a customer of Forest of India for 15 years but so sad to now say that We will never return. Gone downhill in recent months and today was the last straw. Incredibly stressful trying to order over the phone, only ever have mild creamy chicken & vegetable Kormas as do not like hot spicy food but today, both kormas were full of hot chilli’s so totally ruined our meal & we were not able to eat our meals. It was horrible & for us, inedible. What was the chef even thinking? Rang to complain & inform them about the meal, but again just so stressful trying to be understood, I was not being listened to, so gave up. With so many great restaurants around here, including Indian, we sadly will no longer be using the Forest of India.

Hi all, Me and my kids came to Warner brothers studio tour in leavesden today. Our tour finished around 9pm and i googled a place to eat "Indian restaurant". So i found Forest of India and had our dinner. I am so pleased to say this restaurant is really geat and this is the one of the best Indian restaurant i have been. I will definitely coming back when i am near by again. Thank you for the lovely food and great service Forest of India.
