Absolutely shocking.. Wednesday 3pm and they are closed for some strange reason.. must be franchised own ,gave benefit of doubt few times.. under staffed,, cold food,, low stock not full menu a few times.. so very badly run,, don't order …
Ordered through uber and the store cancelled my delivery order without an explanation. I can only assume that they had run out of the sandwich that i ordered and they couldn't be bothered to make any more as it was passed lunchtime. Appalling service!
Peak time, 10min queue, fresh produce on rotation, and you get fobbed off with a cold pasty anyway. Utterly lamentable.

There’s about 3 people working maybe more. And they got one person serving (slow) the Que takes ages to go down. I’ve been to many greggs this is the slowesstttt I’ve ever been to.. why hire people who ain’t doing there jobs- .be faster! People are in a rush and got jobs there’ selves to go to.
Great service, the meal deals are great, they are lot cheaper than most . The coffee is nicer and far cheaper than Costa which is now extortionate prices.
