A neighborhood branch for quick caffeine fixes. Additional parking spaces at the back of the building come in very handy as North Deeside road can be really busy especially at the Cults high street section/traffic junction. Standard Costa setup and prices.
There's a good mix of staff genders, who are all friendly and efficient
Very nice place to come and grab breakfast or lunch. Special thank you to barista David, who never forgets if to ask cappuccino without chocolate. Very friendly and intelligent person! Appreciate him always being in a good mood!
Missing part of my order and when I called to query it, the phone was answered by a rude woman who I had to repeat my story to twice before she said “yeah” called to her colleague “she says she didn’t get her latte” and colleague replies …
I can only assume the good reviews are from people who don't talk to the staff. The female staff are so rude I cannot believe they're in a customer service industry!? …
Great place for a wee coffee if you are cycling/walking from the Deeside line, or in the area. Bike racks just opposite, and the staff are friendly. With Costa, you know what you are getting in terms of quality and consistency, and that's great.
