Lovely place for a good pizza. I have allergies and the gentleman on duty made sure I was able to get everything I needed taking these into consideration. I had the goats cheese pizza, husband the meat feast and father in law had the Hawaiian. When we arrived they were very quiet so our food came very quickly. As we were finishing there were customers in all sections. Aberdeen was having a very warm day but this was a lovely oasis of cool
I would have given 5 stars, and although there wasn't really anything wrong, the service could have been better, in my opinion.
We had to ask for the empty dishes to be taken away and ask for our deserts that we ordered. The restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly all the same.
My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Aberdeen was quite enjoyable. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offered a wide range of pizza options, and I was pleased with the quality of the ingredients and flavors. The garlic knots were a delicious appetizer. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the service was a bit slow during peak hours, and the noise level was a bit high. Nonetheless, if you're craving pizza and a relaxed dining experience, Pizza Hut is a solid choice in Aberdeen.
The service was good, they filled our order perfectly and were very friendly. The thin crust pizza was too topping heavy to eat without spilling so I ate with a knife and fork. The salad bar was a little messy, a couple bowls were dirty so check before grabbing. There was no ranch dressing and as an American in a pizza hut I found this most upsetting since this is crucial for pizza dipping as well as salad topping. We did not eat the buffet, due to it being closed so ordered single pies and a kids menu. The corn on the cob for the kids menu was a little burned so our son wouldn't eat it. The atmosphere was okay, it's not pizza huts fault for the people who eat there but it is just a very casual street restaurant.
We arrived & waited to be seated, we sat down & the lady told us about the app to order our food, easy to use & ordered our food/drinks & in no time it arrived delicious food 😋🍕🍕
I visited on two occasions whilst in the area for business. On both visits I was welcomed with a smile and provided a choice of seating. The area was clean and tidy and so was the table and chairs. Both occasions the food came out quickly and very tasty. I always go for a unique blend of extra toppings, also had onion rings and the sweet pototoe fries. Service was excellent as always in Pizza Hut.
Some differences in ordering and eating due to covid. Now orders are placed online and using your location and table number food arrives to your table once ready.
I feel this is more efficient as you are not waiting on someone taking your order and waiting for the bill etc.
Tables are spaced out and there are plenty hygiene facilities.
The buffet is still open for order but comes with key differences. There is no longer a help yourself section as expected however you may select your first pizza for order on the website and select your free salad. The buffet also comes with conplimentary tortilla chips and garlic bread pieces. You may also pick your drinks to come to your table along with any sides.
Once you receive your first pizza we were asked whether we knew if we wanted to order another pizza and if we knew which toppings we wanted.

The buffet salad bar had quite a selection which I didn’t expect. If you go on weekdays before 3pm, there’s also buffet pizza & pasta available. The ice cream factory was free flow for the kids with lots of toppings and they absolutely loved it. We ordered a cheese cake for dessert and requested to put a candle on it for my little boy’s birthday and they were very kind to come with a few staff and sang the birthday song!!
You know exactly what your going to get in a pizza hut. Attentive service and great pizza. This particular branch on the beach front can be very busy at peak times but there is plenty of seating available and on the rare occasions that the sun is shining there is outside seating available as well. The new menu has loads of meal deals and special offers. This particular branch has a great Cocktail menu and draft lager as well. Really enjoyed any visits i have had here.
Exceptional service from the Aberdeen Beach Pizzahut Team especially Reece T whose friendly, professional service was excellent. Food was delicious - great value for money - and well-presented. Will certainly return.
