Abit chilly to sit in as went later in evening need to turn off AC now seeing its October? They open till 9pm but locked the main door entrance at 8/8.15pm so you can't get in unless you use drive through? Its abit off when you can clearly see people sitting inside and you want a coffee if you don't have a car ? Had nice coffees ☕ love tje pumpkin 🎃 flavours
Went in on a Saturday mid-afternoon and the place was packed. The staff stayed calm and dealt with the large amount of customers with a smile on their face and were very pleasant.
Used the drive through. The BEST customer service. I left feeling happier that I arrived due to the staff. They should all get a pay rise for their efforts.
