Dining room not open. Drive thru was quick, service quick, staff friendly and food was hot and good.

UPDATE: I've given this store another chance & I notice a HUGE improvement in quality & customer service in the last month!! I've been pleasantly greeted by all employees I've interacted with. These workers are a great improvement & show their customer service skills. Food was hot & fresh; order was given in a timely manner with polite employees. Way to go management!! Really a noticeable difference. :)
Management: *****Please Train your staff in Customer Service!***** To say it is lacking is an understatement. The lady taking orders at drive thru sounded downright miserable. Then, the gentleman taking money & handing food barely looked at me; no thank you, here you go or any verbal recognition that I was a paying customer. I told HIM thank you: he said nothing. I told him to have a good day & he looked away. Please please train these individuals to at least pretend to appreciate their customers! I understand you are short staffed but that should not allow employees to take it out on paying customers. Food was hot & delivered in a timely manner.
