Very demanding golf course with many "hidden holes", which make it challenging, especially if it is your first time playing it.
To highlight the kindness of the employees who rented me a complete set of clubs, letting me return them the next day with no condition other than trust.
It's a pity that they don't have a pro shop.

Played my first round today. Course was in great condition and the views were stunning over the harbour and back over the city. Quite a few of the holes have very steep fairways and blind tee shots so be prepared to do lots of steps. Wind can make tee shots tricky also. Recommend to anyone looking for a great round of golf. Plus 20 handicappers would probably struggle
Fantastic condition despite the weather throughout October and early November. Still on the main greens but on forward tees.
Course is exposed and the wind can make for a challenging but fun round. Plenty of blind holes to test your tee shots and you get a good workout with the undulating layout.
Can be a bit confusing on a number of holes as to where you go for the next.
Thouroughly enjoyed my November round.
Nicely maintained course with great views of Aberdeen. A bit noisy due to the harbour and the construction work going on at the new harbour but I would definitely play again and would recommend the course.
In some ways , typical municiple course. Some bad bunker maintenance, and lack of directional signs between holes. Fairways in good condition. Greens needed cut and were a bit slow on the day , but true and in good nick. A lot of 300 to 320 yrs par 4 holes. However , even low handicaps will be challenged as nearly all greens are blind from the tee. If your half man half goat you'll do well here ! The next golfing factor here is surprise surprise , the wind . When it blows up here , it's a leveller. The big big factor on this course is the views are incredible ! Do not miss. Also the modest green fee is great.
Lovely course and a great view but very steep in places. Found it difficult for being a hefty guy. A buggy would make it a breeze next time :)
Best bang for the buck course in Aberdeen by far. Friendly staff and good condition overall.
