Just spoke to a man on the phone (no name sorry) trying to locate my parcel and he was very helpful even went to the Argos for me to ask them about it! Awesome customer service!

A good range of goods and services on one site. Clean and tidy, staff are friendly. One bad point is the car park near the storefront is full of pretty deep potholes (Jun 2023) so I wouldn't drive too fast in there, I guess it is cheaper than speed bumps but it really let's the place down. They have marked them with paint so hopefully it gets addressed soon.
Edit: They must have read my review because the carpark was repaired just after I posted it.

Sainsbury's not like last year .The price increase double. For the 1st time in 5 years, I paid 120£ for small stuff, and some items are not available. No chasiers open at 8pm .

Okay, one cashier seems to direct customers to the scanners if she has more than two customers. The elderly don't always like the scanners, like myself.
