Jimmy John's

I placed an online order for a combo delivered my work. I received the wrap and chips which was delivered to the front desk and signed for while I was on a call. I called Jimmy Johns as I did not receive my drink. When the gal arrived back 20 minutes later with the drink, she tried blaming the front desk for not ensuring everything is not there. It is not up to them to verify. This should be done before it leaves the store and before the order is brought in to be delivered. The receipt was attached to the order. This is your job to make sure each order is accurate not someone else's. Do not put the blame on someone else!

They said, we're out of our regular bread. Is wheat ok? Yep. Except it was wheat BREAD. Not wheat sub bread, actual bread. I could make that at home. Nope!! One star. And when I called, said they would come back. They didn't, didn't refund me. Never order from them again. Paid in full, plus tip, and heaven forbid they make it right.

Should have gotten to go. Dining area was filthy. Tables needed to be cleaned. Had to ask staff to wipe tables. They cleaned the tables with WINDEX. Yuk! Facebook messaged them to ask why use Windex. No response. We wiped the table with Clorox wipes before sitting down. I love Jimmy John's but not this location.
