Panera Bread

I tried the new Thai soup last time I was here, and it was very good. Not as spicy as a typical curry, and still had a good Thai flavor. I went with 1/2 a bacon, turkey, bravo sandwich to go with it. The sauce on the sandwich did not pair well with the Thai soup, but that's my fault. I would recommend both, just not together.

Curbside pick up on the 16th! Sandwich was soggy and unappealing. Chicken noodle soup was extremely salty and had a weird odor. To top it off, the baguettes were both stale. Also I checked in on the app when I arrived at the store and followed instructions but the employees ignored me for an extended period of time so I ended up parking and walking inside to grab the order. Update: I did leave feedback for the store directly as well and I need to add that no one has reached out to me to rectify the situation.

I have to say I’ve been here a couple times and each experience has been great. Even this last one the food was fantastic and the employees were polite and kind. The reason I’m leaving a one-star review is to make sure this is seen. What made my last visit unpleasant was actually who I am assuming to be the manager. She was seated a couple seats away from me at a both with another one of her employees. During my meal I overheard her talking about the other employees behind their backs and being truly awful. It’s so disturbing to her someone who is supposed to be in charge of ensuring a team works well together tearing her employees down. It’s absolutely appalling and I hope something is done about it because the kind staff of this location don’t deserve to work under someone as awful as she was.

I had given up on Panera for years because they took my favorite sandwich off the menu (Smokehouse Turkey Panini, bring it back please!), but I decided to try the Smokehouse Chicken. I got it on the sourdough instead cause honestly it's just better bread IMO. It is a bit expensive for a fast casual meal, but it's almost as good as the old sandwich! I dunno what store some of the other people went to but it was very clean and organized and everyone was nice. Recommend checking them out, I will be back eventually. We don't get many options around this area so it is nice to have one here, especially with gas and inflation how it is, used to have to go to Bel Air. Did I mention I miss the paninis? Cause I miss the paninis.
