I was excited VERY excited to finally have KFC again after a long time. But when I got my order all the chicken, even the breast, was all rubbery and pink! I have never been disappointed in KFC in my life! I highly would NOT recommend this location! Literally brought me to tears how much money I wasted and the chicken was not edible at all for my family and I!! Literally put my doubts in ever being excited for KFC again lol seriously!!

This location sucks! I ordered 14 pcs bucket of fried chicken, And requested it to fry the chicken extra crispy then the girl on the till says “we’re not able to make it extra crispy because our frying has a timer” she’s not even nice at all with the response. what the heck that girl.🤬 We always ordered KFC fried chicken in any locations here in Calgary and we always request extra crispy, it’s okay with them and they really did a good job. Unlike this location! That girl shouldn’t be on the till since she’s very arrogant ang inconsiderable! You’re chicken as well isn’t good as other locations. Not gonna buy there anymore! Disgusting! The food sucks as usual, but what’s worse is the service level and staff working attitude. The service level is below 0 and the staff especially the lady in the front, shouldn’t be working here. My first time here, and definitely the last time.

I wouldn't waste your time going to this KFC. It seems to be an independent and so the specials aren't here like the 10 tenders for $10. The prices are insane here. I don't recommend this one at all.

Friendly staff however, I ordered take out twice from here and both times I had problems when I got home. First time they forgot my side of fries that came with my meal which I paid for. Second time I ordered the big crunch burger and it wasn't even warm and had a funny taste that made it not enjoyable to eat. Usually it takes it while to make the big crunch burger but this time it was ready in one minute. Which was most likely not fresh and was just sitting there in the back. I don't think I'll be coming to this kfc anymore...

Ordered $80 worth. They never showed up, still charged me. This Is the worst place to get stolen from. Customer service Is non existent. They claim to be not responsible, but pocket the money. KFC Is full of theives.

Typical KFC foods, I usually have no problem with this location but today I got no idea what demon possessed the staff, I can't get extra napkins note condiments.
