Dairy Queen

Very disappointed overall by the service and food quality. Went in after a church service a couple weeks back and was met by a young woman who acted like I was the biggest inconvenience on the planet. My questions were met by exasperated sighs, my requests were met by annoyed gestures, the service by the staff "helping me" was absolutely rude. The food was equally unimpressive. I got a flamethrower because it was one of my favorites from Dairy Queen. The patty tasted like it came from the cheapest frozen Walmart value pack and then microwaved. From there it was drowned in sauce to try and overcompensate for the lack of flavor and generally disappointing burger. Finally, it wasn't spicy in the slightest, it was nothing like the amazing burgers I've had in the past at different locations. Hands down the absolute worse Dairy Queen I've ever had the displeasure of wasting my money at. I recommend passing this location by without so much as a second thought, save yourself the disappointment.

We stopped by the Dairy Queen at 1800 Simpson Ave in Aberdeen Wash to have lunch. The girl that was working the drive through window apparently was having a really bad day and was taking it out on the customer. She was very rude and sarcastic. I went inside to complain and the manager was not much better. She would not even tell me the girls first name so I knew who to complain about. I do not usually go to this extent but I have been treated badly at this same Dairy Queen in the past but today it was way above and beyond being rude and sarcastic that I felt I needed to post this.

Started off asking them if they had dogs on a stick they said no, ask if they had cherry milkshakes they said no so we ordered chili cheese dogs and we went up and paid for them after a few minutes, just about time to receive our food and they told us O they were sorry they didn't have any chilly. They ask us if we would like our dogs without the chili? And then they ask us if we still wanted the cheese? We even had to ask for a refund for the difference in the price for a the the chili dog and the not chili dog buried. Very disappointing performance from this Dairy Queen. A few days later we came back to the same Dairy Queen hoping for a different experience. They still didn't have any chili, even though they tried to sell us a chili dog. I decided this time I'd give a soft serve cone, And my son decided to try again for the hot dog. As we left the drive thru we were eating in the car, and I ate my soft serve cone in a cup with a spoon. My son's hot dog then fell apart immediately it was nothing more then pieces of a bun--they didn't even give him a decent hot dog bun (see the photo below showing where it fell). Not only did they give him a bad hot dog bun, they didn't even give him any mustard, onions, or napkins. This has got to be the worst Dairy QueensI have ever been .

This was my favorite dairy queen but after today I will not be coming back anytime soon. Was charged for a water (couldn't figure out why my bill was so much). Then requested my double cheeseburger as plain and no bun came with condiments on it and a piece of plastic between the cheese. Didn't find the plastic til halfway through eating patty.... gross!
