What has been happening there lately, and how do you duplicate it?!? 4/19 roughly 9:30AM, came through the drive through for breakfast. The voice through the electronic menu was pleasant and cheerful. Service at the payment window was polite and efficient! The final window, we met one of the nicest humans in customer service. Great attitude. Thinking it was a fluke, we held off on the review. We’re moving, and needed a quick breakfast this morning. Same experience, excellent quality. Awesome to see happy people working with great attitudes. Both experiences made my morning and have far exceeded any “sit down” dining experience I’ve had lately. Bravo, and thank you!!

The wait time is ridiculous & the employee did not say anything about having to ask for a straw! It would of been nice to have some kind of notice on the window or by the Menu or some where visible. Dang I get the shortages of product due to the pandemic but only handing out 1 thing of sauce for your chicken nuggets is disappointing & rude.

My experience with this McDonald's is always hit and miss. Sometimes I get great service and sometimes like tonight they rush us and we get garbage service. They messed up my order and pulled us for 10 minutes for no reason, this happens quite a bit(being pulled around to sit forever so they can make times).

No one here knows what they are doing. They scheduled someone who has epilepsy early 5 in the morning shifts after they told them they needed sleep. The whole team there aren't even fully trained but they keep shoving new people into the restaurant. I ordered a strawberry and creme pie the other day and got it cold. nothing there is fresh, even during the rushes. Truly a disaster in the making

after 10 p.m. on a Monday night with 2 vehicles in the drive thru it took 13 minutes to get my food. I had to ask for a straw and was told rudely we have to ask for them now because they are banning straws? Her attitude and delivery in telling me this was infuriating especially considering she has 3 visible teeth in her mouth which were rotting at the gum line. Straws much? 3 minutes later when I got home The french fries were so cold and stale I couldn't figure out how that was even possible considering they sit under a heat lamp? and so was the burger... I want to say I could not imagine this place being any worse but I think the management of this location would take it as a challenge and prove me wrong.

Last week we stop by to get breakfast on the way to Ocean Shores, when I walked in a group of people was sitting on the corner by the door smell very bad making place very stauchy place doesn't have smell of Mcdonal at all we all got sick by stauchy smell. From now on my your own foods is the best, never stop this place again.
