Never had any problems here except Thier lack of drinking products and i stop in almost daily, so happy they finally added full throttle ... Staff are always nice even with the turn over they have. It seems whoever is training is doing a good job ..

Honestly I wish I could give zero stars.....about the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with.....if I was dying of starvation I wouldn't get food there....absolutely ridiculous

Lost my wallet here two days ago now as of Nov. 22 2021 at about 11:30 AM. Dumb lady running cash register literally let someone else walk out with it after they claimed they would return it. You don't let a stranger take someone else's belongings simply because they claim they'll return it! Didn't get a name of the woman.

Look at the video from around 3 p.m. today and you shall see why the employee was called stupid. Back at the coolers in the soda pop area you shall see how rude, demeaning and how she was lacking with her service skills. And it's also clear that she does not understand the sales tags that are by certain products as you will see because of the way she ripped it out of the cooler and stated problem solved. Talk about an anger management problem!

I've been getting gas here 3x a week for 15 years along with snacks. Tonight the cashier demanded that I leave, as it was " ILLEGAL " for me to be in the store without a mask... not only did she NOT bother to ask if I had an exemption or if I was fully vaccinated, nor did she know that the CDC issued guidelines obsoleting the mask, but instead threatened me. Needless to say I left my $30 in purchases on the counter, disconnected the gas pump and left. I wont be back.

The manager herself was so disgustingly rude that she literally does not ever need to work and any sort of customer service ever again. She should be fired. And I don't know how 7-Eleven allows their customers to be treated that way. It's not everyday that you see a manager of customer service make a child cry. I would never go there again. I am disgusted with 7-Eleven in general they should be shut down.
