Moe's Southwest Grill

I ordered a meal from this establishment via DoorDash this evening. My order was not correct and my rice was not cooked and hard. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. The blame was shifted away from the restaurant. I was told to take the issue up with DoorDash instead. Very displeased with my experience. I used to eat at this Moe’s frequently; however, this store is on a continual downward trend over the past few years. I continue to have issues that are never remedied. I do not think I will get food here ever again after my experience tonight.

Great place to take a hungry family! Portions are big, prices are good, & everything is made to order. They offer tofu along with all the meats, so everyone is happy eating here. Go on Monday & get the $6 deal - a HUGE burrito filled with all your favorites, chips & salsa, & a drink. Best deal in town on a Monday night. My kids really love the custom drink machine too.. get a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper! I also like that this restaurant raises money for the community. Great place all around!

Wish I could rate it 3.5 stars. Food is usually good, but the accuracy is hit or miss. Most times I will splicket for lunch and then get there 20 mins later and my food isn't ready or wrong and have to waste time waiting or eat the wrong thing. Their online customer service tends to be solid and quick to rectify issues. Restaurant overall is clean and the GM (?) always greets everyone with a smile.
