Ordered $40 worth of food, no bread or sides from a bread company. The manager could care less, she did offer for me to drive to them for my bread.
Check out how an employee (PP) actually checked and initialed the receipt saying the sides were in the bag.

I ordered at a pretty slow time. The people were nice and the service was quick for takeout, however missing from the order was two bags of chips, and croutons for the French Onion soup. More importantly, I ordered a bacon turkey bravo without tomato, instead they gave me tomato and no bacon.

A very typical Panara Bread. They were careful about social distancing and masks but did NOT wipe tables down between customers. Luckily we bring our own sanitizing wipes!

Quality of the food here in terms of preparation and taste are excellent; however, anecdotally the curbside service can be quicker (mine was well over 15 minutes today). Here's the issue, I used the app to place my order and I selected "ASAP" delivery which is "5 to 10 minutes." When I arrived at the location, I selected the "I am here" icon; however, after waiting for over 15 minutes, I placed a call inside to determine the status of my order. Please keep in mind, it was at least 30 minutes since I placed the order on my app while still at home before even arriving at this location. I also added remarks for this order, such as the color and model of my vehicle and also my gender. Not a showstopper by any means, just being candid to improve the customer experience. They food is always fresh and tasty. The service is also great at this location. I usually get the pick two. I highly recommend the summer corn chowder and the turkey sandwich. The fruit cups are also really good.

We visit Panera frequently and enjoy delicious meals each time We've never used the drive thru service, tho. We always have our meals in Panera's very pleasant indoor dining room.

I ordered extra avocado and extra quinoa on my salad. There wasn't any quinoa on the salad and regular avocado. I was still charged for both though. This was a pickup order or I would have addressed it while I was there. The food is overpriced for what you get and I find the order is usually incorrect.
