Texas Roadhouse

've been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Hoping for a redemption round and well it's the third disappointment. Probably won't be returning. First two trips ordered 16oz sirloin Medium. (Hot pink Center) it came out blue rare. It was basically raw with a charred outside. Which would be fine if that's how I ordered it. The rest of the meal was great but how do mess up on the Star of the show 3 times. The third time was the same except this time after sending it back. The bottom was like a charcoal briquette. Hard black burnt to a crisp couldn't even cut it. Meat was tough like it had been microwaved to cook internal then charred for 5 minutes with a heat press on a 600 degree charbroiler. The ribs were great this time but that doesn't make up for the 3 failed attempts on the very reason I come to TRH to begin with. They're are in desperate need of a grill cook I have no doubt. ***UPDATE*** Redemption, Round 4 was excellent. The steak was perfect this time everything was fresh and I didn't have to send my steak back. Thanks Aberdeen TRH. I will return if and when I'm in the area again.

My son and I ate there on a Monday after Mother's day Sunday to avoid the Sunday crowd. The food and server we had were excellent. Our steaks (hand-selected) were cooked to perfection and the server was attentive, experienced, and friendly. It was around 4 pm and wasn't very crowded. But we were exceptionally pleased with our visit and will certainly return.

Eh, food was good but I didn't feel welcome. My waitress wasn't really my waitress since she wasn't the one who brought our stuff to us. Plus, she was slow at doing so. But I guess because it was a busy time, either way.. if you ask a table if they need something make sure you can do it right away not after you do something else. Thanks cooks for making great food! Wish I could've tipped you!

The food was good but was lacking in the service area. Waited awhile to order drinks. When we got the Appetizer we didn't get the small places. Asked for bread he said was wait to come out, then a while later noticed other tables getting bread. Didn't get any until mid main course after I said something again and got they just came out but seen other get it a lot earlier while we were eating our salads. Was always wait for pretty much everything.
