Pizza Hut

The pizza is absolutely the best at this location. The service is outstanding as well. It's a very clean restaurant. The cinnamon bread was delicious too, however, I didn't pay for it because I was at a birthday party. I don't think I would because it's just like having cinnamon toast on pizza dough.

We popped in for a non reserved birthday party for our great granddaughter, #1, The lady on duty was very gracious, sat us in the alcove in front of the main window by the mini arcade, moved tables and chairs to accommodate everyone. I was very impressed with her kindness and helpfulness through the entire process. She made sure we had everything we needed and very proficient at her job. All the good was delicious and hot. We will definatly be back.

Manager of the restaurant yelled at a 11 year child all over a outside bag the child bought into the restaurant while his mother went to order their food.. told them including the mother & the rest of the parties at the table to leave and they were paying customers at your restaurant... ( the family is Mexicans) and to me that shows disrespect to their culture... which is wrong.. and not right so its my honor and pleasure to say... I wont be returning to Pizza Hut ever again with my family... and sure there will be others like me... cause we are all big family here in Grays Harbor County.. not one child will go through abuse ever.... shame on you Pizza Hut!

Negative experience with Curbside ordering. I had placed an order online and had given a decent wait prior to leaving home. I arrived outside the restaurant and had indicated on Pizza Huts website I had arrived by pressing the "I'm here" button. I waited another 15-20 minutes and no one had come outside to deliver my order. I called the store three times with no answer. I eventually walked into the store and informed them they should probably check their phone lines. The employee stated he had heard the phone ring to another employee but said he was busy. The store had two separate tables dining but I can't say for the to go orders but it did not appear that busy. I did not see anyone check outside for Curbside orders at all while I looked inside the window. I'm fully capable of walking inside but that defeated the curbside pickup purpose. I did not want to go inside.

The server/cashier was amazing. He helped me and several others at the same time, both dine in and carry out orders. He was super friendly and helpful, without being pushy or invasive. The family deal we got was very worth it, and the food itself was cooked perfectly. We were so happy to have Pizza Hut again as it has been a few years since the one where we live closed down and we have missed it so much.
