Taco Bell

The corporate headquarters of taco Bell touted opening up to tractor trailers to feed them. Unfortunately the franchise at the Aberdeen location doesn't understand that their corporate headquarters dictates the policy for their stores and somebody who drives a commercial vehicle and is unable to pull up to their drive-thru when an employee comes out and says put your order in via the phone or via the app and you do so and you're standing outside the building you would like to eat. but I have just been given a hand signal saying they're not going to fulfill my order so I can't bring a tractor trailer through the drive-thru they can't hand me a bag that has my order which is already paid for in it. So instead I'll just stand out here posting one of the nastiest reviews I've ever posted for a business. their own corporate headquarters was giving meals out to drivers of commercial vehicles which I am one of. Instead I'm standing out here hungry having paid for my order under the instruction of their employee and now I don't believe I'm going to get my food. Why the owner of a franchise is unaware of the fact that the contents of their store got here through a tractor trailer or a truck you would think that they would have an understanding that the people during this pandemic need to drive that truck to get it here so I am leaving this nasty horrible review because I don't know how good their food is I'm not going to be allowed to find out even though I paid for it and I'm standing outside the taco Bell while their employees look at me funny.

Best Experience I've had at this Taco Bell! The young lady who took my order and the young lady who processed my order at the window were not only friendly but very professional and thorough! The food was also prepared to perfection and the turnaround from order to pickup was extremely quick! My compliments to all who made this an enjoyable experience and meal! 🙏🙂

Shocked reading positive reviews about this place. The lady who took our order sounded bored , no customer service skills at all!! Line was too long for “fast food”. Maybe they could earn some techniques from chick fil a. The girl that gave us our food at least was a little more pleasant to deal with. Will probably not revisit this TB

I ordered a 12 pack of Doritos Loco taco no lettuce no tomato add sour cream and I get home and there’s no cheese on my *ucking tacos. Horrible… I can’t even call because they have the phone off the hook. And the managers don’t do their job either because I got charged extra for the sour cream that supposed to come on a supreme taco!!!!

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Came through the drive through and placed my order, the lady taking my order kept asking me to repeat my order because it was so loud in the building she couldn’t hear me. Once I get home I realize my order is WRONG. So I attempted to call the store and busy signal about 4 times. Then it rings and goes to a fax machine. This went on for about 10 minutes before I decided to drive back to the store. Once I get there the drive-through is wrapped so I now have to wait in line. Then when I get to the speaker I tell her my order was wrong, and she ignorantly says so what do you want. Call obviously I would like a complete new order without the attitude. Definitely won’t be coming back if I could give this establishment -5 stars I would
