Top of the Bay is a really beautiful and scenic venue to hold any of your event needs. It's equipped with all the right needs of your event and the view is beyond gorgeous all year round. You can see this view from both down and upstairs. Large windows for the best views. The building is historic and holds a true vintage look. There are dressing rooms and bathrooms here. I wouldn't even give it 1 star -- I booked a wedding 2 years out summer of 2018 - haven't received a contract, the venue hasn't done any work for me or my wedding yet outside of the initial tour... I gave them the down payment of $1,000 to hold the date for me because he said they book so fast. unfortunately there has been a change in our plans now and we had to cancel ... they wont give me any of my funds back, not even a portion. the communication is terrible. I have been asking for pricing or a guesstimate for almost a year now and I never get a timely response and am told they will get it to me later or soon, but it never happens. so when I asked for a refund back as they haven't done any work I was told NO. I think its absurd and bad business as I could see if they actually had put time into me, but they didn't they took my money and told me sorry for your loss pretty much.
