Mcdonald's

This store is a great store. I know because I work here and if people knew or stopped to ask we are and have been understaffed and people have been working long hours to try to keep the store running smooth. I see people saying the staff was really rude. But as a customer u come in and yell at the people up front about your food is not right the only put the order together they have to trust the grill slip on burger is correct. We do not do anything intentionally. And understand this store is a very busy and understaffed take the time to think about what really going on. Be kind and respectful and I promise you will get it back I work 3pm to 11pm and everyone I work with is like family here and I know they a great people just exhausted and truly trying .

The food was alright but the service was slow. I know it was busy but time management was terrible. Cashier would get on her phone after taking an order instead of at least prepping drinks. The manager was too busy putting bags together instead of directing personnel efficiently. A lot has changed since I worked at McDonald's 20 something years ago.

Never order from them through grub hub. Over an hour later and still waiting on food. Bet it will be cold by the time I finally get it. My driver has been sitting there for a while now. The live says it's less busy the usual so how is it they are so slow? Definitely lost my service as a customer and it Definitely gone down hill since I was a kid. Had to make something else for my kids due to the long wait and they were hungry....

I think it all depends on the time and the location of the McDonald's you go to but I got a steak egg and cheese bagel with 2 hash browns and they were really fresh, considering it was only 9 minutes left for breakfast orders, and the inside wasn't even crowded compared to the wrapped around line in the drive thru. I was in and out in the blink of an eye

Terrible service with added dose of attitude. The young man at the counter who appeared to be new was trying his best and was polite, but whoever the young lady who was training him was, she was rude and seemed unwilling to help assist him. When originally asked if her register was open, she simply stared our way and rolled her eyes. When we placed our order, an ad that was clearly on the window for a 2 for special, I was told it wasn't available. With the changes made on the order, the lady afforded no help to the young man and our bill was clearly much more than what it should've been. At that point my patience was done and we left. As said, terrible service, and this store needs a reboot or re-train of its staff.

I have been going to the McDonald's in aberdeen almost every morning for breakfast. And when I go through the drive through that are just nasty and rude. I get there before 10:30. They end up giving me the wrong food. I drove all the way home sat down to eat and it was not correct I called them and they said I'm sorry but breakfast is over. So not only do the employees have nasty rude attitudes they are super slow and make mistakes often and don't try to correct them.

Service was fast, food was what was to be expected. Ordered combos and added a frapachini or whatever ots called for my wife and ordered a slushy lemonade something my daughter wanted. The young man added them as an upgrade. These were supposed to me separate. So my meal didn't have a drink somI went back to buy a soda for my meal. The gentleman that helped me gave me a cup and said don't worry about it. Which was nice. Mo big deal simple mistake. Daughter wanted MCdonalds so she got it.
