Domino's Pizza

They didn't put any sauce( I ordered extra sauce) there was enough cheese for about two slices, and the dough was too raw to eat. I tried to call for the next few hours, they never picked up and then shut down the online service. Good waste of 20 dollars I couldn't even eat one slice. That is how I opened it below.

I have never had an issue with this dominos. I usually do car side delivery because of my daughter. They always bring it out right away I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at the very most! They are always so nice and will say hi to my baby when she's awake. I have lived in the area for about a year and this is my go-to pizza place.

Alright I will start with the fact that the young girl behind the counter was definitely trying to do her best and remained very polite. Everyone else, not so much. Going in reverse would be faster. I literally watched one guy check was in a box 4 times. Yup, still a cheese pizza. My order was almost complete (20min late) when he tells the one girl actually working to make pizza "pepperoni is done, going to deliver this order". You could have given me my order in 30 seconds. Not to mention one pie (he pulled from the oven" wasn't even sliced. Meh. It's dominos.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from this location in the past 2 weeks. Granted, it’s always around 9/10PM (not sure if that changes anything compared to other reviews) but the lady manager on duty has been awesome each time. She advised me of a BETTER coupon than the one I used which was awesome, and could’ve saved me $1. And listening to her manage her crew was EXACTLY how it’s supposed to be done. She noticed something was wrong and addressed the crew as a whole rather than an individual to make sure everyone knew the right way to do whatever it was. Communication was top notch amongst everyone. Side note: if you’re picking up from Dominos, understand that this is a job that many younger people work for. It’s 2022, they WILL be on their phone, they WILL chat amongst eachother, they may even sneak a quick snack in between preparing food. We all do/have done it. If you don’t like it, get your pizza from somewhere else that treats their employees like robots. 😌

Everytime I've ever called to place a delivery, they've never picked up the phone. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night they don't ever answer the phone. I can't get out of my house and don't have the internet or a computer. I will never order or eat at this domino's ever again. There time is just as important as anyone else.

App delivery said 27 to 37 min delivery, ordered at 139p, final check done at 152p, order leaves store at 245p, arrives at destination at 311p. Store has no concern with product putting out. Pizza was cold and over cooked. I'm sure corp wouldnt show this pizza on a commercial. It's not mentioned in app if store connected with has a longer than expected wait time to prepare for this. App said 27 to 37 approx delivery not over an hour. Screen shots enclosed Updated. Supposed to be Brooklyn style i was charged for hand tossed. Over cooked and burned.
