Talked to Lucas at 5 had him pull my cake pops for my bday got there a little after eight and they were closed early no explanation no acknowledgement employees cleaning and went they drive thru looked at me like I was crazy why would they close early and he knew I was coming woooowww Starbucks with NO STARS ✨ DISAPPOINTED ME ON MY BDAY

I love Starbucks Americano, and all of their drinks actually. But the food is only okay. At this visit, they gave me the wrong pastry that I ordered. It was disappointing because I was home before I noticed, but human error I suppose. I still really like Starbucks, but overall, it's just not what it used to be in general.

The drinks are on par w Starbucks quality. The biggest issue is its horrible location. The drive thru line often snakes out of its tiny allotted area into the street between this shopping area and the one next door, blocking traffic flow. So even if you're not visiting this Starbucks you can be affected by the drive thru line. I usually mobile order for this location and walk over from tj maxx, although there is often a line for mobile pick up as well. Would not recommend this location if you're in a hurry or on the brink of road rage.
