Chicken sandwich given to me was totally RAW! Noticed after I took a bite.

I use the App so that we can get food faster but then you have to wait in the entire line when you arrive at the store which is no benefit of ordering through the App. Then they do not give you a receipt. Just ordered a little while ago so that my wife could come by from work and pick up some supper because the weather is bad and we did not want to go back out. When she picked up the food they did not give her a receipt so she could not validate the order and when she got home the order was incomplete.

Just picked up a web order. Had to wait in line 30 minutes. Sign states they have no drinks other than tea but we did get our drinks. Hmm. Never any spoons for the chili or Frostys. Rude window worker. Cold fries. Sandwiches thrown together. No wonder they are always hiring.

I usually frequent this Wendy’s on the way home, the last 6 months have been awful and I rarely go anymore. The line is incredible the workers don’t care and make no attempt at being any faster or better. Easily one of the best fast food spots turned worst around here

It was slop.. i go back i asked for my money back they offered to remake it obviously I'm not going to trust them I say no I want a refund..i was asked sr please leave?? Haha BB will have a field day with this one good thing I kept my receipt. Always keep your receipt turn your phone on record and keep it in your pocket never know what kind of people you're dealing with

The Jr.Bacon is my jam!!! Service is always great however one of your employees, and I won't say any names, (Keta)owes me some child support and tries to pays me and our kids with frosties!!!!
