Just bought an 8 piece of mixed chicken. When I got home I realized that there were no breasts but 2 extra thighs instead. The chicken tasted fine but not what I paid for. The young man at the window was very polite.

Placed an order online. Ordered a Famous Bowl fill up box, pot pie, Mac & Cheese. I did not receive the pot pie or the cookie that was supposed to come with the order. I tried to call and they do not answer the phone. I will be calling corporate.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. The orders are all wrong and not to mention the pieces are very small and way over cooked. It tastes like they don't change their oil in their fryers. Also the greeting is not very friendly at the drive through speaker.

The kfc didn't have what I ordered but they made it work and offered me 10% off. The only issue is my mac and cheese and mashed potatoe containers were not full. The mac and cheese wasn't even hall way full and my biscuits were smashed because they put food on top of the container.

This KFC really does not seem to care about quality. I've been there a few times over the past few weeks and each time I've been disappointed by what I found in the to-go bag. When I ask for fries, I get about half what I should, when I get a famous bowl, it's only part full (and they often forget the spork), and today when I got some spicy chicken tenders, I got a pool of oil in the box. The cashiers are kind enough, but the kids working in the kitchen just don't seem to care.

The overall cleanliness of this building is disgusting, it should be shut down. Also, no safe food practice is taught or displayed here. Several 40 dollar orders of cold food with no sign of apology of a manager even apologizing, customer service? Where? Not even from the top. Do yourself a favor and eat a local owned restaurant. They will feed you better for the same price, now that I know I will never return to KFC here or let alone anywhere I travel. Based on how bad I was treated here. I can't beleive several emails and reviews no one is willing to de escalate a situation that could potentially save their business in the future. Just drive past, and also, what is the point of having express pickup to have your store locked and make everyone use the drive thru? Also do you not sell hot food anymore? Just the stuff been sitting out in the cold right?

Well, went last week and they shorted me a piece of chicken again. This is the third time. This last time I was counting the chicken before leaving the drive thru and the lady told me I couldn't do that. On top of that it was overcooked again. This place is as bad as Wendy's.
