Mcdonald's

This is one of my least favorite McDonalds. One of the Managers is rude and unprofessional, some employees are cool but, it’s the ones that have no manners or drive through etiquette for me. I do not appreciate being rushed through my order and having a “customer service” front end employee asking “Will that be all” or “Anything else?, or “Is that it” after I state each item that I would like to order. The vibe I get every time I go to this restaurant is that everyone hates their jobs and do not feel like dealing with customers. I hope the owner gives their front end employees a refresher course or retraining on how to speak to customers and how to improve customer service. Update: 12/18/2021 I went to this McDonalds again because I was in a rush and it was a last resort. My “Deluxe Quarter Pounder” was undercooked. Someone needs to send the Batman signal to Chef Ramsey, I’m beyond over it.

I hate to give negative reviews, but I had a bad experience here last night. I completed a mobile order to pick up at this location's drive thru window. When I approached the drive thru speaker. I was rudely informed that the location was closed. The time was 10:33pm and I believe that they were open until 11pm. I stated that I had placed a mobile order and did not want to be charged. She then stated, rather loudly, that I would not be charged unless I picked up the order. McDonalds is losing business not necessarily because of their menu, but rather by the rude people there and horrible service on a regular basis.

I have never had anything less than a pleasant experience here. The staff is always friendly, the orders are always right, and I have seen the staff handle horrible customers politely and with dignity. This is one of the best Mcdonalds I’ve ever been through. I especially like the younger black guy that wears the visor, the younger girls in the drive thru, and the spanish women that work the counter area. My daughter absolutely loves going in there and we make it a point to always go there. The team there is awesome!!

They really just need to close this location down. The service is horrible, the food is horrible and almost always incorrect or missing items. They don't even have the decency to tell you when they are out of an item and just give you what they want to throw in the bag. Can you picture a mcdouble on a quarter pounder bun? The doordash is even worse! Like are you hiring ppl that can't read??? There is a list of items with descriptions!!! How hard is it to make sure everything is in the bag or made correct?? They never have straws or Napkins. Customer service is a drag and they never answer the phone. A lose, lose situation. The health dept and better business Bureau needs a convo atp!!
