Kfc

I was very specific about what I ordered. I repeated myself to make sure they had it. Well they didn’t give me what I wanted even though I made sure to specify, so they just gave me something else but charged me either way for an upgrade of something I did not get which she realized but didn’t offer to refund me. I asked for things not to be on my order because of allergies and was still put onto my meal. I’ve worked at a kfc before and now how smoothly they can run with proper staff and this was just a mess.

My husband and I was greeted with Great Customer Service by Shift Supervisor Laura. The food was very good. As we were making an carryout out order, people kept coming in, which became very overwhelming for the kitchen staff. Idk exactly what the issue was, going on, but seems like the kitchen help could not keep up. Laura replaced herself from the front and went to the kitchen to help. Laura still had that great Smile and Greeting people with a Hi and Thank You. Please recognize Laura the Shift Supervisor for her Awesome Job on the evening of January 28th,💕

Great service, clean, good food prepared and presented appetizing! Really appreciated the Manager / crew relationship. Manager was helped with cleaning, took our order and offered water! Staff offered to help and manager showed appreciation! A rare thing to witness these days. But very refreshing. I will go back when in the area!!
