Rude staff. Subway has been my go-to place for the past 7 years in my hometown, so I visited here twice. Both times, the staff was rude, especially the lady (maybe the manager). The second time, I even had the worst experience with a male staff member. Really very disappointed.

Just received my food. Scanned my reward card twice by accident and the rude woman at the till spoke to me like garbage in front of my child. Will never come back to this subway again. The woman needs some training on customer service as I would never speak to someone like that.

Horrid place. Rude staff. Did not listen to the order and gave us the wrong bread (even though they confirmed the bread). Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting service... Told me there was only Italian bread and I wasn't allowed to fill my subway out as it has now changed to set sandwiches.. I got charge 8.99 for a foot long that wasn't even filled correctly and I'd of got more out of a school dinner panini.

Aggressive Roxana(the manager) I got given a £10 sub when I ordered a £2 cheesy garlic slice. My first time at subway so I didn't realise anything wrong.

Gave me the wrong bread and didn’t give me cheese when I asked for it, and started giving the person behind me the wrong toppings and he had to correct her. Kept walking away to do other things which is probably why she kept getting things wrong.
