...was in for lunch....cafe not busy so no reason for staff dashing around.....asked for a tea...cup given was dirty...should have been checked after washing....the cutlery tray also filled with food stained cutlery....wasnt offered milk with tea...pretty much standard things.. just not attention to detail...
