Kfc

This is a difficult review, it has been a few months since my last visit. Some visits are great, friendly helpful staff, and great tasting food, however some visits are terrible, staff standing around looking lost and food tasting burnt or undercooked, along with mistakes made, such as not adding lettuce into the burger or adding something I have asked them not to. Usually it is more positive but there are still some bad visits. I will be back again but id rather visit mcdonald's across the road.

IT was quiter at the time but the food is much better & hot food & the Chips for the first time Everthing they was nice & Even hot too, & the Gravy was good as well, Not like Glue like Substance u get at the 1 on Union Street & the food They don't no how 2 Cook there all mixed up doing delivery,s first more than the Customer in the Shop, Its a joke, Aberdeen Kfc Everything is always Cold & the lettuce, springs legs & arms that,s how bad the lettuce is, And it needs A Good Clean & Staff retrained Stay Clear, Family Fortune,s Strike,,s for NoXXX

Ordered a quick tower fillet meal yesterday here whilst visiting Aberdeen. Two of the self orders kiosks where not working which created a que for the single one in use. Got my order in and had a little longer than usual wait. Although I must say I found the staff on duty where very friendly, helpful and apologetic for the machines not working. The order was correct and the burger was great not burnt or over sauced compared to some of the rubbish I have had in London. I will use this place on my visits to Aberdeen and have put the machines down to bad luck for them that day. The staff did deal with the issue apologetically and professionally!
