Small, friendly fish restaurant, nice lunch menu, not too much choice but a variety of dishes and very competitively priced.

We went in as a family group of 6 for a late lunch. Although some items on the menu had already finished, what we had was delicious! We had almost everything on the menu, including oysters, which were plump and delicious - brought fresh from the fish mongers across the road - the best I have had for a long time. The kids loved the fish finger sandwiches, calamari and mussels!

Jonah’s Kitchen is our favourite cafe. The standard menu is tasty and filling and the specials are restaurant quality. Obviously the fish is fresh from their shop over the road and the kitchen magic is incredible. You won’t be disappointed.

Small but mighty 😊 Thoroughly enjoyed our chowder and fish taco. Limited seating, very friendly service, great value for money.

First time I had been here and it was brilliant. I had thought about having the lobster (from the specials board). I am pleased I didn't. It was huge, saw the plate going past for another customer. It did look lovely, but I would not have been able to do it justice, was not that hungry! I had the smoked fish platter (starter really) but enough for me for lunch). It was fabulous. The service was brilliant, and I was even asked if my cup of tea was the correct strength for me.

Had a lovely little dinner here, delicious seafood pasta, and steamed muscles. Friendly staff. Best (and only?!) proper fresh sea food in town.

Kept seeing ‘A’ boards dotted around the town which intrigued us as to what this place was. Had an absolutely lovely sardine brunch here and then bought some tuna and salmon from their mongers over the road for supper. It appears from the photo we took that the popularity causes queues and even occasional veneration from visitors. Impressive!
