Fair play, you wonder if some of these reviews are fake, family or friends but I can happily say with zero connection or affinity to this place that 5 stars is well deserved and relevant. It's not the Ritz but they never claim to be, so my 5 stars are given on the expectations they set and the excellence they deliver as a location and for their food. The burgers are fresh, locally sourced, tasty and freshly prepared, the chips similar... its burger and chips, simple as, but it's very good and if you can get these simple things as excellent as they do then i highly recommend a visit. To stand above the masses on such staples is a worthy accolade.

Absolutely gorgeous food. Can not recommend this place enough! Really tasty burger and chips, some of the best I’ve eaten. Food came piping hot and really quickly. Lovely staff :)

The owner and staff were lovely and the food was fantastic.
It was our 30th wedding anniversary and We received a card and a complimentary drink and my wife was gifted flowers.
With everything going on at the moment how nice is it that a business can still be so lovely.

Excellent place to eat in Aberystwyth. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a variety of food to eat all at reasonable prices. The food is very delicious and filling. They also offer a good range of gluten free or vegan alternatives. Highly recommended place to visit.

Four of us ate here and we all ate different burgers. Everyone agreed that the burgers were excellent although some of us thought brioche buns might have been better. Very good choice and I'll definitely come back.

Very nice burger joint in pleasant surroundings overlooking the Royal Peir. We went for lunch and the lunchtime deal includes fries on rings and a soft drink although you can upgrade these items if desired. When it arrived the burger was one of the best I have had but it was let down by the extraordinarily long preparation time
