Ordered 2 gluten free battered fish accompanied by mushy peas and chips plus a pot of tea for two. Service took 10 minutes and we dined in. Quality was excellent. We had originally planned to eat at the pier F&C venue but they rudely stated that they were not doing GF as planned and agreed with us on Tuesday. They did us a favour and well done this establishment.

Arrived late in the day searching for an all day breakfast. Turned away from 3 cafes before them as they had stopped serving food. They had also stopped doing breakfasts but still out of pure kindness said they could still do it for us but warned of a minor wait. They were so helpful they did everything for us, great all day breakfast (even at 4pm!) and fantastic coffees!
Would highly recommend, thank you again to the helpful and friendly team at Express.

Lovely and stylish cafe and restaurant. We had fish and chips to takeaway and it was delicious and really well priced. Friendly staff, portions were great and food was served piping hot, will definitely be stopping here again when we’re next in the area :)

Had a take away, it was packed! The fish n chips were excellent, cooked to order and didn't have to wait very long. Lovely!

I am very pleased to inform that I had a very pleasant experience here. Quick service with friendly and polite staff in a nice seating area. The food, while not out of this world, was still certainly very nice and reasonably priced as well.
In short, I will certainly be eating here again and completely recommend to others 👍

Fast and friendly. Gluten free option cooked to order and was excellent. Too much for me but quality was amazing and my husband managed most of it .

Not been before as it sort of doesn’t look like a fish and chip shop from the outside. Well not in a traditional sense. Glad I did tho, lovely staff and delicious chips. Will be back

Absolutely amazing fish and chips! We sat in and ate rather than takeaway! The person who served us was really friendly and quick at serving our food! The fish and chips was by far the best we have had really light batter lovely tasting fish and chips not greasy at all.
We took our dog in as they are dog friendly which was also a nice touch. Will be our first stop when we visit Aberystwyth again!
